Great location, modern, clean and friendly staff. 3/4 minute walk to the city’s excellent tram system. Located next to the Cite Du Vin which is well a visit and nearby food / drink hall offering various cuisine, wine and music. Hotel itself is modern with spacious well appointed rooms and facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar & restaurant well worth a visit during evenings

Everything was great from the first moment. Trouble-free check-in, helpful staff, beautiful, modern hotel with a clean room. Comfortable bed, nice view from the room window. Very tasty breakfast. The restaurant on the roof terrace has a wonderful view. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is out of the direct center which guarantees quiet, but public transport is close by and cheap with frequent connections to the centre. Near the hotel there are restaurants, a wine museum (La Cite du Vin) and a spectacular museum Les Bassins des Lumieres. This hotel is definitely an excellent choice.

Very attentive service from the reception desk, nice location very close to the Cité du Vin. Buffet breakfast had a large variety of items to choose from and they were all delicious. Parking place next to the hotel. Everything met our needs.

We decided to stay here, as we had previously stayed in the city center and wanted to experience a different part of the city. Modern hotel, tastefully appointed throughout. Friendly staff. Large, clean room, comfortable bed, and great shower. Nice breakfast served in the restaurant on the top floor -- with city views. Just next door is a large food hall offering a variety of food and drink. La Cite du Vin is steps away. This wine museum is well worth a visit, especially if you do not have time to tour one of the vineyards in the vicinity of Bordeaux. The city center is a tram ride away.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Went out of their way, several times, to make us happy! Spacious room with a dangerously comfortable bed. The proximity to La Cite du Vine and the lively food hall, next door, were a great bonus. The on-property rooftop dining at "Gina" was nice. The nearby tram stop made it easy to access the downtown area (about a 10-15 minute ride).

Extremely clean, modern hotel. Really comfortable beds, great rooftop pool and bar. Very good food in the roof top restaurant at reasonable prices. The location is excellent, right next to a brilliant food hall which offered many options for food and drink.

I had previously been to the roof top bar of this hotel and was not sure it was somewhere i would book for a stay. However, the room standard, staff and general facilities really wowed me and you would struggle to find such good value in Bordeaux for the standard. It is located a little out from the centre but the tram is an easy walk from the hotel and the centre of Bordeaux is only 20-25 min walk. There are also electric bikes and scooters dotted all over and there is a lot to see and do in the bassin Flotte where the hotel is located.

It is a very extensive breakfast buffet with a lot of choice. With fresh fruit juice and water flavoured with fresh fruit or green tea. A very wide range of oats and separate nuts to add to your own meal, as well as dried grapes and berries. there is a nice terrace and courtyard garden. The swimming pool is beautiful. at 150m from the tram which takes you in 5min to the lively centre. And the hotel is within walking distance of the Gironde promenade with many restaurants and beautiful views of the bridge. The hotel is not in the centre which is great for a good night's sleep. in a modern chic neighbourhood. No feeling of insecurity in the evening to walk outside.
